His career in tourism spans 22 years, 17 of which have been in the tourism industry based in Alice Springs. Mr Paterson is an interpretive guide for Intrepid Connections, guiding three and four-day tours to Kakadu, Litchfield and Nitmiluk National Parks in 25-passenger 4WD Isuzu vehicles and smaller 4WDs.Winners of the 2010 Brolga Northern Territory Tourism Award Categories of Major Tour/Transport Operator and Unique Accommodation automatically become finalists in the 2010 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards.
